Summary: The noises--plumbing noises, elevator noises, ice machine noises prevented my spouse and I from getting any sleep each night during our stay. The toilet tried to clog on multiple occasions. The tub in the bathroom leaks in the same place it did last year when we stayed in the exact same room ( Room 413). Next to no lighting in the room, especially in the work space area, the eating/dining table area and the living area. So once the daylight ended, lighting was almost non-existent! Nowhere to plug in your laptop that makes sense, and electrical outlets that don't make sense where they're placed. Which of the refrigerator doors is the freezer and which is the refrigerator? Not obvious, because not labeled.
